CONDITIONS OF FESTIVAL:
- The groups will stay in 4 stars Dunov Hotel (Sunny Beach)
5 stars Imperial Palace Hotel (Sunny Beach)
- The number of participants and ages are not limited.
3.4 stars Dunov Hotel 3 meals 190 euro.
5 stars Imperial Hotel 3 meals 210 euro
4.The groups are requested to arrive in Burgaz on 15 June 2024 – 14:00 and
depart on 19 june 2024 12:00, after breakfast.
5.Gifts provide for each person participant`s card and certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
6.We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also possible. Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
7.The groups prepare 5 min, 8 min programs. All groups have to be 2 different
performances.
8, Nomination will be Best Music, Best Coustume, Best Performance,Best Choreography.
9.On every 25 participants one member is free of charge. For double rooms there is a supplement of 10 € per person per day, for single room 20 € per person per day.
10PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, 15 days after receiving the invitation, the Group must pay a deposit of 1500 euros for the reservation. The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement. Last application and deposit 15.04.2024
