CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by e mail with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to : merdem_65@hotmail.com or kararitim61@hotmail.com, belite_kaynatsi@yahoo.com
2- Participants age are not limited .The Groups will stay at hotel 5 stars hotel. https://www.presadifinica.com.tr/ The number of participants are not limited.
3- The groups are requested to arrive in fİNİKE 03/10/2024 – 14:00 and depart on 07/10/ 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.
4- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance festival hat and certificate
5- . For gift exchange with mayor, each country must bring 3 gifts.
6- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
7- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 6-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances and different costumes.
8- The festival fee is covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, Lunch, snack bar and dinner. )
