26-30-OCTOBER 2024 BEYLİKDÜZÜ – İSTANBUL/TÜRKİYE
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by email with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to : ifdoturkey@gmail.com
2- Participants age are not limited. The Groups will stay at hotel https://g.page/vistahotelsilivri?share or https://bluevistahotel.com The number of participants are not limited. The groups are requested to arrive in Hotel on 26 OCTOBER 2024 – 12:00 and depart on 30 OCTOBER 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.
3- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate and others.Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. We will prefer for groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
4- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. Who will come by plane we will pick up at İSTANBUL AIRPORT, free transfer will be provided.
5- The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
6- The festival fee is covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, and dinner )
