CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by email with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to : kararitim61@hotmail.com, merdem_65@hotmail.com , belite_kaynatsi@yahoo.com
2- Option 1 : The Groups will stay at hotel http://www.temizayhotel.com/, https://www.helenhotel.com/, https://www.hotelleons.com/ 2 meals a day. Particpation fee covers organizational expenses.
Option 2 : The Groups will stay at high quality private hostel 2 and 3-4 beds a room and inside bathroom.Hostel (http://www.kumrusuites.com/) , similar hostels 2 meals a day. Particpation fee covers organizational expenses.. The number of participants are not limited
3- The groups are requested to arrive in ÇANAKKALE on 04 July 2024 – 10:00 and depart on 08 July .2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.
4- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate. A gala party will be held for groups.
5- Each group should bring flags of their countries and 3 gifts with them. We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
6- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
