CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by email with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to : merdem_65@hotmail.com , anzor12@mail.ru, kararitim61@hotmail.com
2- The Groups will stay at 3 stars hotel and number of participants are not limited.
3- Dancers (except accompanying people) must be between 08-60 years old.
4- The groups are requested to arrive in batumi on 07 July 2024 – 12:00 and depart on 11.July. 2024- 12:00, after breakfast.
5- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.
6- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
7- We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
8- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
9- The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
10- The festival fee covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day.
