CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by email with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
2– Participants age are not limited. The Groups will stay at 3-4-5 stars hotel . Mercia, Respiro, Blue vista, Silivri Vista , Boris Eserpark hotel. The number of participants are not limit. The groups are requested to arrive in Hotel on 28 OCTOBER 2026 – 14:00 and depart on 01 November 2026 – 12:00, after breakfast.
3– Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate and others.Each groupshould bring flags of their countries with them. We will prefer for groups with livemusic but recorded music also acceptable.
4– Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
5– The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs.
6– The festival fee is 4 nights 5 days 210 euro per person. It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, and dinner ) On every 25 participants one member is free of charge. For single room supplement 25 € per person per day, For double room supplement 10 € per person per day,
PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement Last application and deposit 15.04.2026
