CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :
1- Please, send this application form back by e mail with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to : merdem_65@hotmail.com or kararitim61@hotmail.com, belite_kaynatsi@yahoo.com
2.-The Groups will stay at 4-5 stars hotel. Hotel name La Quinta Wyndhams İstanbul Güneşli. https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/tr-tr/laquinta/istanbul-turkiye/la-quinta-istanbul-gunesli/overview and 5 stars Eser Park hotel https://housity.net/hotel/eser-premium-spa/?tag=exp-eserpremiumhotel. The number of participants are not limited.
3- The groups are requested to arrive in İstanbul 10/06/2026 – 12:00 and depart on 14/06/2026 – 12:00, after breakfast.
4- Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate,
5- . For gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts.
6- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
7- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 6-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances and different costumes.
8- The Competition fee is 4 Night 240 Euro- 5 Night 290 Euro. Without Alcohol
It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, Lunch and dinner. ) On every 25 participants one member is free of charge. It is your responsibility to have International health insurance when coming to our festival
PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 2000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement Last application and deposit 15.02.2026
Note :
1.-The competition rules will only be sent to participating groups.
2.- The competition will be in 2 categories: 7-16 age group and 16+ age group.
3.- The competition will be held if there are at least 5 groups from each category.
4.- 7-16 age category : The first place winner will receive a prize of 1500 euros, the second place winner will receive 1000 euros and the third place winner will receive 500 euros.
5.-16+ age category : The first place winner will receive a prize of 2000 euros, the second place winner will receive 1500 euros and the third place winner will receive 1000 euros.
Once the 14 groups are full, no further groups will be accepted.
