GENERAL PROVISIONS
– This Regulation defines the procedure and regulations for the International Multi–Genre Festival “We are the World of Talents” (hereinafter the Festival). – The Festival is held within the framework of the International Festival Movement, authored by the president Rufima Udaltsova.
ACCOMMODATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS AND LOCATION OF THE FESTIVAL
Accommodation for festival participants and guests: «Automobilist» Sanatorium, Krasnodar Region, city of Sochi, Sukhum Highway, 31
Check-in at the sanatorium: April 3, 14:00 (2 pm)
Departure from the sanatorium: April 7 until 12:00 (12 noon)
Performances of the Festival’s participants will take place in the concert hall of the sanatorium “Izumrud”. The hall is fitted with all necessary equipment to organize and conduct performances at the highest level.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:
Target contribution for one person, accommodation in twin rooms , /5 days, 4 nights 295 euros / For ensemble leaders 25+1 participants accommodation is at the expense of the organizers of the festival.
The accommodation in single room is possible for an additional fee, the number of places is limited.
Price includes:
* Accommodation in double and triple rooms; three meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner (buffet); * Participation in workshops and round tables; * Participation in a festival-competition with two performances; * Sightseeing tour of Sochi;
* Swimming pool / 1 hour per day. All groups must have health insurance.
Reservation of places in the sanatorium is made only after registration of the application, additional days of accommodation are provided in coordination with the festival organizers.
AGE CATEGORIES OF FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS
- 3-5 y.o;
- 5-8 y.o;
- 8-10 y.o;
- Mixed junior group (5 -10 y.o);
- 11- 14 y.o;
- Mixed middle group (11 – 16 y.o);
- 15-19 y.o;
- 20 – 25 y.o;
- Mixed senior group (17 – 26 y.o);
- 26 – 35 y.o;
- 36 y.o and older (no age limit);
- Mixed- general group (more than 3 age groups);
- Teacher-student (both participants are evaluated);
- “Professional”. In a team of each age category, up to 30% of participants are allowed to be younger or older than the specified age limits.
FESTIVAL FORMS
• Solo (girls/ladies); Solo (boys/young men); • Duets/couples; • Small groups (3-7 people); • Mixed groups; • Ensembles, choirs, orchestras from 7 and more people.
Creative teams and soloists, both amateur and professional, of various genres and styles are invited to participate in the international festival-competition: choreography, vocals, choirs, instrumental performance.
FESTIVAL NOMINATIONS
1. INSTRUMENTAL PERFORMANCE / soloists, ensembles, orchestras. Classical music (any musical instruments), modern music (any musical instruments), folk music (any musical instruments), others….(specify in the application form).
2. VOCAL ART/ choirs, folklore, vocals/soloists, ensembles, creative teams. CHOIRS: (children’s, male, female, mixed (at least 20 participants). Choirs can present a program of two different compositions, one of which must be performed a’capella, lasting up to 10 minutes
3. CHOREOGRAPHIC ART /solos, duets, small groups, ensembles of small and large forms / Participants provide two different types of dances.
Timing: solo – up to 3-4 minutes, ensemble – up to 7 minutes.
THE JURY OF THE FESTIVAL
The jury is formed by the organizing committee separately for each nomination of the Festival from well-known experts in the field of culture and art, popular performers and executants, public figures, teachers of higher educational institutions of culture and art, People’s and Honored Artists of the Russian Federation, famous musicians, artists, choreographers, famous teachers, winners of All-Russian and international competitions and festivals, directors of theatrical performances and festivals, heads of professional associations, artistic associations and unions from the regions of Russia and abroad.
SUMMING UP AND AWARDING
1. The results of the competition and the awarding are carried out separately in all nominations, taking into account age categories and provide for the award of the following titles to creative teams and soloists who took part in the competition: • Grand Prix • Laureate I, II, III degrees • Diploma I, II, III degrees
• Diploma of the competition participant
2. Each head, teacher, accompanist is awarded with a Letter of thanks for the support and development of the creative potential of the participants of the competition.
3. All diplomas of the general type are issued in Russian and English with the signature of the Director of the festival, the Chairman of the jury, the jury members and the stamp.
Note: The winner is one of the I-degree Laureates who received the most votes from the jury members.
The program of the festival-competition is finally formed two weeks in advance and may change depending on the number of participants, amount of financing and other reasons beyond the control of the festival organizers.
Payment for accommodation and applications are accepted no later than February 2 , 2026 with 50% prepayment. Full payment – no later than 25 days before the start of the festival.
All participants should take out medical insurance before coming to the festival.
For additional payment we can organize other sightseeing tour.
